How the challenge works…
What is the INSPIRE 3/30 challenge?
It’s an intentional challenge to help you create good habits around prioritizing YOU, building something of impact, and finding joy every day. You complete 3 things for 30 minutes a day and reflect on 3 things at the end of each day.
It can be for a minimum of a week or longer.
Each day you do the following:
Wake up 30 minutes earlier for an intentional morning routine
Dedicate 30 minutes to working on something impactful your creating
Set aside 30 minutes for a new habit or activity that you would like to pursue or get back into
At the end of each day in the challenge, reflect on the following:
- ONE thing you’re grateful for
- ONE thing you accomplished today
- ONE thing that brought you joy
