The INSPIRE Blueprint is all about taking care of who you are as a woman. The “N” in this acronym is for Nourish. This can be for your mind, body, and soul. One of the ways I’ve been trying to nourish my body is by starting most mornings with a healthy and delicious smoothie. I am excited to start sharing a bit more of my wellness journey here with you and hope you try this smoothie for yourself.
The biggest thing to remember is you can change this to your preference. Some of us like smoothies to be thick some like it thinner. Some don’t like it super sweet and others do. Some people prefer kale instead of spinach or no greens at all. Find what works best in your wellness journey because the more you enjoy it the easier it is to carry it out.
Cinnamon Peach Smoothie Recipe
Serves: 1
- 1 1/2 c. Frozen Peaches
- Handful of spinach
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 1/4 c Greek Yogurt or Plain Oatmeal – I like Bobs Red Mill oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Almond Milk – the amount will vary
- Cinnamon
Add ice if you need to thicken the smoothie or make it colder. If you use frozen fruit you might not need it.
Blend everything together and drink immediately! Enjoy!
